Yummy Chicken Casserole

Serves 3-4 (or put them in the freezer)



  • . One to two onions
  • .Five to six carrots
  • .125-150g mushrooms
  • .2 sticks celery (optional)
  • .4 small potatoes (i found new potatoes are easier)
  • .500g chicken diced
  • .1x chicken casserole sauce mix
  • .And chicken oxos
  • .1tsp heaped mustard (dijon or english)
  • salt and pepper


1. With your cubed chicken rub in a oxo into the meat (if your squimish it will be worth it i promise) leave the casserole dish whilst you

2. Chop all veggies to thickness that you like add them to the pot.

3. Make up the mix usally i put it to 350 ml as if you need more you can add more

add the mustard

cook on a preheated oven at gas mark 4 180 c ish for two hours half hour before season
