Zesty Chicken Breasts And Potatoes

  • boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • small red potatoes
  • mayo-(1 tbsp)
  • dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
  • pepper (pinch)
  • garlic (1/2 a clove)
  • fresh chives-chopped (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 15x10x1 pan with cooking spray

2. Place potatoes and chicken in pan.

3. Mix mustard, mayo, garlic, pepper together in a small bowl

4. Brush mixture over taters and chicken

5. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes

6. Sprinkle chopped chives to garnish

    your potatos must be 5mm thick to cook in 30 mins

    This was a nice meal, i also had some salad with it. However, my potatoes were not cooked in time and needed quite alot longer to cook.
