Day’s serving of veggies, meat, and wheat 🙂
1.Wash the chicken breast and remove any fat on it
2.Pour water in a medium sized pan (2/3 full)
3.Cut chicken breast in 3 or 4 pieces, depending on its size, and put them in the water and boil it for 40 mins (before boiling, check to remove any foam that the water has on top)
4.While chicken is boiling, cut up potatoes in small squares and chop 1/2 onion and 1 carrot.
5.After 40 mins of boiling, throw all the veggies in the pan and lower the heat.
6. After about 20 mins check to see it the potatoes are soft enough
7. Now add some noodles and stir for about a minute and then turn off the heat.
**if you want any spices or dill added, do it right before throwing in noodles and stir for a minute
