Chili and ginger salmon

Ingredients
- Salmon
- Fresh or preserved ginger
- half an orange
- garlic cloves
- fresh chili
- soy sauce
Instructions
Firstly start by making the marinade. Chop the garlic, chili, ginger into slithers and mix together in a bowl.
Squeeze the juice from the orange into the bowl along with soy sauce. The amount of soy sauce is totally personal.
Place the salmon in the marinade and make sure you cover it nicely with the ginger, garlic and chili. Now let the salmon sit in this marinade for about 20 minutes.
Get an oven tray, line with foil, and then lay all of the ingredients on the tray, and then cook for however long the packet suggests.
You can serve the salmon with with new potatoes and greens, or maybe a stir fry. Totally up to you!
You can also use lime alternatively to the orange.
