Chili Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Chicken Fillets
  • 2-4 fresh Chillies
  • Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Half a red onion
  • Bag of Stir Fry Veggies
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp ground nut oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken fillets, thinly chop the chillies and place in a bowl. Then add enough soy sauce to cover the diced chicken and chillies.

  2. Leave for 45mins – 1 hour to marinate for best results.

  3. Boil noodles

  4. Heat up the oil in a wok or large frying pan.

  5. Thinly slice the onion and garlic and place in a bowl.

  6. When the oil is hot, add chicken/soy sauce/chili combo. When throughly cooked remove chicken from wok and keep warm.

  7. Add the onions and garlic. When brown, add the pack of stir fry veg and cook for 5-10 mins.

  8. add cooked chicken to wok to finish.

  9. Serve with noodles and enjoy!
