Step 1: Dice the chicken fillets, thinly chop the chillies and place in a bowl. Then add enough soy sauce to cover the diced chicken and chillies.
Step 3: Leave for 45mins – 1 hour to marinate for best results.
Step 7: Heat up the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
Step 8: Thinly slice the onion and garlic and place in a bowl.
Step 9: When the oil is hot, add chicken/soy sauce/chili combo. When throughly cooked remove chicken from wok and keep warm.
Step 10: Add the onions and garlic. When brown, add the pack of stir fry veg and cook for 5-10 mins.
Step 11: add cooked chicken to wok to finish.
Step 13: Serve with noodles and enjoy!
