Step 1:

  • Dice the chicken fillets, thinly chop the chillies and place in a bowl. Then add enough soy sauce to cover the diced chicken and chillies.

  • Leave for 45mins – 1 hour to marinate for best results.

  • Boil noodles

  • Heat up the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  • Step 8:

  • Thinly slice the onion and garlic and place in a bowl.
  • Step 9:

  • When the oil is hot, add chicken/soy sauce/chili combo. When throughly cooked remove chicken from wok and keep warm.
  • Step 10:

  • Add the onions and garlic. When brown, add the pack of stir fry veg and cook for 5-10 mins.
  • Step 11:

  • add cooked chicken to wok to finish.
