Chilli Cheese Grilled Cheese Toast

Ingredients

  • Bread of your choice
  • cheese of your choice(preferably slices)
  • veggies(red and yellow bell pepper, capsicum)
  • onion chopped
  • garlic finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • green chillies chopped
  • oregano and chilli flakes
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Melt some butter in a pan

  2. put the bread in the pan

  3. put cheese on top of it

  4. add the veggies,onion,garlic,salt,pepper,chillies,oregano and chilli flakes on top of the cheese

  5. cover the pan with a lid for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes for the cheese to melt

  6. after the cheese melts and the bread becomes of the desired brown colour keep it aside

  7. melt the butter again

  8. put the bread and cheese

  9. cover it with a lid till cheese melts

  10. now put the previous bread on top of this one but the cheese and toppings should be in between the two slices

  11. flip it and cook it for 30 seconds

  12. garnish it with little oregano,chilli flakes,salt and pepper according to your taste
