Step 1:
Melt some butter in a pan Step 2:
put the bread in the pan Step 3:
put cheese on top of it Step 4:
add the veggies,onion,garlic,salt,pepper,chillies,oregano and chilli flakes on top of the cheese Step 5:
cover the pan with a lid for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes for the cheese to melt Step 6:
after the cheese melts and the bread becomes of the desired brown colour keep it aside Step 7:
melt the butter again Step 8:
put the bread and cheese Step 9:
cover it with a lid till cheese melts Step 10:
now put the previous bread on top of this one but the cheese and toppings should be in between the two slices Step 11:
flip it and cook it for 30 seconds Step 12:
garnish it with little oregano,chilli flakes,salt and pepper according to your taste
