Step 1:

  • Melt some butter in a pan
  • Step 2:

  • put the bread in the pan
  • Step 3:

  • put cheese on top of it
  • Step 4:

  • add the veggies,onion,garlic,salt,pepper,chillies,oregano and chilli flakes on top of the cheese
  • Step 5:

  • cover the pan with a lid for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes for the cheese to melt
  • Step 6:

  • after the cheese melts and the bread becomes of the desired brown colour keep it aside
  • Step 7:

  • melt the butter again
  • Step 8:

  • put the bread and cheese
  • Step 9:

  • cover it with a lid till cheese melts
  • Step 10:

  • now put the previous bread on top of this one but the cheese and toppings should be in between the two slices
  • Step 11:

  • flip it and cook it for 30 seconds
  • Step 12:

  • garnish it with little oregano,chilli flakes,salt and pepper according to your taste
