Step 1: 1.rFy the mince in the pan with oil until brown,then drain the fat.
Step 2: 2.Add the whole tin of tamatos,do not drain,turn the heat till 3 or 4.
Step 3: 3.Add the stock cube(just crumble it up in to the pan with out water)
Step 4: 4.Add the onion,garlic,peppers ,mushrooms,salt and pepper and mixed herbs(just a little)stir and glently simmer
Step 5: 5.Add the chilli powder bit by bit,keep tasting to see if its hot enough(you will know when its right for you.)Add some water if needed.
Step 6: 6.Add a splash of worcester sauce.
Step 7: 7.add the kideny beans the last 15 mins off cooking.
Step 8: 8.Serve with rice
