Chilli Con Carne
Tasty recipie that nearly anyone will love.Easy also 🙂
1.rFy the mince in the pan with oil until brown,then drain the fat.
2.Add the whole tin of tamatos,do not drain,turn the heat till 3 or 4.
3.Add the stock cube(just crumble it up in to the pan with out water)
4.Add the onion,garlic,peppers ,mushrooms,salt and pepper and mixed herbs(just a little)stir and glently simmer
5.Add the chilli powder bit by bit,keep tasting to see if its hot enough(you will know when its right for you.)Add some water if needed.
6.Add a splash of worcester sauce.
7.add the kideny beans the last 15 mins off cooking.
8.Serve with rice
