Chilli low fat mince spaghetti dish

Ingredients
- For 4:
- 500g extra lean/ low fat beef mince
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 tin kidney beans
- 1 onion
- 1 tin tomatos in juice
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder and black pepper
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water until it’ soft and tender. Meanwhile, brown off the meat, and peel+chop the onion. Crush the garlic and add the kindney beans, tomato puree, tomatos in juice, onion and garlic to the meat. Cook until everything looks well heated, and add the chilli pwder and black pepper.
Serve equally on the spaghetti…..
Great also as a rice dish, or vegetarian with ‘Quorn’ mince.
