Chilli Pasta Sauce

A pasta sauce that can also be used for chilli con carne

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
• 1 Onion (diced)
• 1 clove of Garlic (crushed)
• 1 can of Tomatoes (chopped)
• 3 Tbsp of Tomato Puree
• Chilli Powder (to taste)
• 1 Tsp dried Cumin
• 1 Tsp dried Coriander
• Good shake of Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Beef stock cube
• Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

STEP 1:

1) Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add onion and garlic until softened

STEP 2:

2) Stir in tomatoes, tomato puree, chilli powder, cumin, coriander, worcestershire sauce and crumble in stock cube. Season well with salt and pepper.

STEP 3:

3) Stir in cooked pasta.
