Chilli Pasta Sauce A pasta sauce that can also be used for chilli con carne By Guest Contributor June 8, 2010 Pasta Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients2 Tbsp of Olive Oil1 Onion (diced)1 clove of Garlic (crushed)1 can of Tomatoes (chopped)3 Tbsp of Tomato PureeChilli Powder (to taste)1 Tsp dried Cumin1 Tsp dried CorianderGood shake of Worcestershire Sauce1 Beef stock cubeSalt and Pepper (to taste)Instructions Step 1: 1) Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add onion and garlic until softened Step 2: 2) Stir in tomatoes, tomato puree, chilli powder, cumin, coriander, worcestershire sauce and crumble in stock cube. Season well with salt and pepper. Step 3: 3) Stir in cooked pasta.
