Chilli-Cheese Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 tin chilli
  • 1 bag Nachos/Tortilla chips
  • Lots of grated cheddar cheese
  • Tub of Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the chilli in the microwave for a few minutes, making sure it’s piping hot throughout.

  2. When it is cooked thoroughly, mash up the nachos/tortilla chips in the bag a little, and pour them into the same bowl as the chilli and mix around [don’t use too many nachos, or it will be swamped]

  3. Grate a lot of cheddar cheese into the mix, and stir it again.

  4. Serve with a tub of sour cream, and you have chilli-cheese nachos!
