Ingredients

  • One portion of cooked rice (best if its been cooked and cooled a few hours before you need it?)
  • one egg
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Put your rice in a wok/ frying pan make a hole in the middle

  2. 2. Crack the egg in the middle break the egg up by stirring into the rice add your seasonings
