Step 1: Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok and add the onion, mushrooms and chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add the soy sauce and fry for a further 2-3 minutes or until the onion is soft and the chicken is cooked through.
Step 3: add the honey, peanut butter, 5 spice, chilli (optional) and ketchup together with 200ml of water and bring to the boil
Step 4: Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Step 6: serve with noodles cooked as per pack instructions
