  • 2 patatoes
  • oil for frying
  • ketchup or mayonese

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into finger shapes

  2. then fry them

  3. put on a tissue or an old newspaper to let the extra oil out

  4. now serve in plates with tomato ketchup or chili sauce or mayonese.
