- 2 patatoes
- oil for frying
- ketchup or mayonese
Instructions
Peel and chop the potatoes into finger shapes
then fry them
put on a tissue or an old newspaper to let the extra oil out
now serve in plates with tomato ketchup or chili sauce or mayonese.
