These instructions are simplified to the max. So there should be zero confusion. 🙂
1)Put a tortilla in a frying pan (with the stove on, obviously. And have it on medium heat)
2) Ladle desired amount of spaghetti sauce on to tortilla
3) Grate or slice cheese and put on top of the saucy tortilla
4) When the bottom side of the tortilla is browned and tortilla is no longer flexible without cracking, fold one side of the tortilla about 1/3 of the length of the tortilla. Then fold the other half to meet it and cover the cheesy-saucy goodness inside.
* This is just how I like to make them. My sister folds hers entirely in half (imagine a very flattened taco versus a very flat burrito). They will taste the same. 🙂
