Chocolate All-Bran Cake

This chocolate all-bran cake is a healthy version of a delicious chocolate cake.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of All-Bran cereal
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of hot chocolate powder
- Boiling water
Instructions
Pour boiling water over All-Bran cereal in mixing bowl just until it’s covered and softened
Add the eggs, hot chocolate mix, and sweetener
Whisk everything together and get out as many clumps as possible
Microwave your mixture on full for 6 minutes or put in cake tin and cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until the middle is not sloppy
