Ingredients

  • 1lb digestive bisuits
  • 6oz margarine
  • 3 table spoons of golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of coco (you can use hot choclate mix ! – it works)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 choclate bar for top (optional)

Instructions

  1. crumble biscuit into crumbs

  2. warm the margarine and syrup, coca and sugar untill runny

  3. then add to the bisuit crumbs

  4. mix well

  5. press down firmly onto a well greased baking tray

  6. melt the choclate

  7. spread choclate onto top.

  8. put in fridge to cool for a bit (about 15 – 30 mins )

  9. and eat all up .. yummy yummy 😀
