Step 1:

  • Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Gradually beat in combined sugar and cocoa until sugar is dissolved. Stir in combined coconut and almonds. Spoon mixture onto lightly greased oven tray. Bake in moderately slow oven 15-20 minutes. Cool the macaroon on tray. Make about 40. Enjoy.
