Chocolate Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 standard mug of porrige/rolled oats
- 1 mug semi/skimmed milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp honey/golden syrup
- very sml handful chocolate drops or chopped chocolate
- handful strawberries/blueberries/raspberries or (cheaper alternative) 2 tbsp berry jam
Instructions
The night before, mix together the milk, oats, salt, golden syrup/honey, chocolate and cinnamon in a jar and place in the fridge
in the morning add the fruit and anything else you’d like and eat – its usually served cold but if you’d prefer it warm you can always heat it up in the microwave.
