Step 1:

  • The night before, mix together the milk, oats, salt, golden syrup/honey, chocolate and cinnamon in a jar and place in the fridge
  • Step 2:

  • in the morning add the fruit and anything else you’d like and eat – its usually served cold but if you’d prefer it warm you can always heat it up in the microwave.
