Chocolate biscuit cake!

Ingredients
- 150g plain chocolate
- 150g butter
- 2 large tbsp golden syrup
- 225g crushed digestive biscuits
- 25g hazelnuts or almonds toasted and chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate, butter and syrup in a saucepan at a very low heat
2. Stir in the biscuits and nuts (if using) until well blended and spread into a cake tin
3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until well set then cut into pieces and enjoy!
These will last for about 2 weeks in the fridge… but they probably won’t last that long!
