chocolate brwnies + sauce

Ingredients
- For brownies: 200g caster sugar, 112g butter (melted), 30g cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 eggs 117g self raising flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 30g walnut halves (optional)
- For sauce: 100g milk chocolate, 15g unsalted butter, 3 tablespoons golden syrup.
Instructions
For brownies: 1. Get saucepan.
2. Melt butter in saucepan.
3. Get mixing bowl
4. Mix ingredients (add to bowl in the order on the ingredients list)
5. Grease baking tray or use grease proof paper.
6. Bake in oven at 180C/Gas mark 4 for 10-15 minutes.
For sauce: 1. Put the chocolate in a small pan with the butter, syrup or honey and 2 tbsp water. Warm gently over a low heat until the chocolate has melted.
2. Remove pan from the heat and serve warm.
