Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 200g chocolate

Instructions

STEP 1:

Separate eggs from egg whites

STEP 2:

STEP 3:

whip egg whites until stiff

STEP 4:

STEP 5:

break chocolate into small chunks and melt in microwave

STEP 6:

STEP 7:

add chocolate to egg whites and whisk together until combined

STEP 8:

STEP 9:

refrigerate the chocolate cloud for at least 2 hours
