Chocolate Coconut Balls

A very quick and easy no-bake dessert!

Ingredients

  • – 1 packet of plain, sweet biscuits. (e.G. Milk arrowroot)
  • – 1 can of sweetened, condensed milk.
  • – 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • – 1 cup of dessicated coconut

Instructions

  1. 1. Crush biscuits into crumbs.

  2. 2. Place in a mixing bowl, and add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and 3/4 of a cup of coconut.

  3. 3. Keep mixing until stiff.

  4. 4. Shape them into balls, and cover with remaining coconut.

  5. 5. Place tray in fridge for 1/2 an hour.

  6. 6. Enjoy!
