1/2 cup of dessicated coconut (plus 1/2 extra for rolling)

1 x can of condensed milk

1 x packet of plain cookies

Instructions

Step 1:

1. Crush cookies finely (with a rolling pin or in a blender) and place in a bowl

Step 2:

2. Add cocoa and coconut, mix

Step 3:

3. Add condensed milk and mix through until combined

Step 4:

4. Roll into small balls and roll through the extra coconut

Chill in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
