Ingredients

  • 60g Butter
  • 60g Chocolate (milk or Dark)
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 70g sugar
  • 60g all purpose flour
  • Vanilla ice cream is da shizz with this.

Instructions

  1. 1. Butter Two Rammekins or something along the lines then dust with flour

  2. 2. melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over hot water, once melted leave for 5 mins

  3. 3. whisk the two eggs together with the sugar, preferably using electric wisk, then add the melted chocolate mixture

  4. 4. then add flour to the mixture and fold until smooth, seperate between rammekins.

  5. 5. put in oven for 10 minutes or according to taste (160*C)
