Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 300g
- butter 2 tbspns
- double cream 6 cups
- caster suger 1/2 cup
Instructions
Break the choclate into small peices and melt with butter.Mix half of the cream to it.
old in the remaining cream with the sugar.Mix both together.
serve chilled
