Chocolate Mousse

Its soooo good!!

Ingredients

• Dark chocolate 300g
• butter 2 tbspns
• double cream 6 cups
• caster suger 1/2 cup

Instructions

STEP 1:

Break the choclate into small peices and melt with butter.Mix half of the cream to it.

STEP 2:

old in the remaining cream with the sugar.Mix both together.

STEP 3:

serve chilled
