ChocolateTruffles

These are so mouth watering 😀

Ingredients

• Makes about 16 Chocolate Truffles! Takes 15mins to make!
• 55g (2oz) Cream or curd cheese
• 55g (2oz) chopped nuts (optional, you can add something else instead)
• 55g (2oz)icing sugar
• 30g (1oz)cocoa powder
• FOR THE COATING
• cocoa powder
• desiccated coconut
• chocolate vermicelli

Instructions

STEP 1:

1) Put the cream cheese, nuts, icing sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix together well. Roll the mixture into small balls.

STEP 2:

2)Put the desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and chocolate vermicelli on three plates or shallow bowls.

STEP 3:

3)Roll the truffles in the cocoa powder, coconut, or vermicelli, to coat them. Put the truffles in paper sweet cases.
