Ingredients
- Makes about 16 Chocolate Truffles! Takes 15mins to make!
- 55g (2oz) Cream or curd cheese
- 55g (2oz) chopped nuts (optional, you can add something else instead)
- 55g (2oz)icing sugar
- 30g (1oz)cocoa powder
- FOR THE COATING
- cocoa powder
- desiccated coconut
- chocolate vermicelli
Instructions
1) Put the cream cheese, nuts, icing sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix together well. Roll the mixture into small balls.
2)Put the desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and chocolate vermicelli on three plates or shallow bowls.
3)Roll the truffles in the cocoa powder, coconut, or vermicelli, to coat them. Put the truffles in paper sweet cases.
