Ingredients

  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence.
  • nutella (optional)

Instructions

  1. *preheat oven to 180”

  2. *mix the butter and sugar together then add vanilla.

  3. *sift the cocoa and flower into a separate bowl (for fluffiness).

  4. *crack egg into cup and stir.

  5. *slowly mix in the eggs and flour/cocoa mixture into the big bowl of butter and sugar..

  6. *when all ingredients are mixed well place the mixture into separate cupcake cases.

  7. (if you like for a filling add 1tsp of nutella into each cupcake)

  8. voilá 12-15 delicious chocolate cupcakes..

  10. for topping i like to use either:

  11. -betty crocker (ready made) vanilla icing

  12. -nutella

  13. -melted chocolate with sprinkles
