Step 1: Take the skin off the chorizo and chop into smallish pieces
Step 2: put into a pan and fry gently
Step 3: add chopped onion, garlic, mushroom, peppers plus spices
Step 4: add to a slow cooker of cassarole dish
Step 5: add tinned tomatoes and veg, beans
Step 6: either put in the oven at 150 for a few hours or put in slow cooker and leave most of the day., taste and season. Nice with a blob of creme fraiche on top.
Step 8: delicious with crusty bread or leave out the potatoes and serve with pasta.
