Step 1:

  • Take the skin off the chorizo and chop into smallish pieces
  • Step 2:

  • Put into a pan and fry gently
  • Step 3:

  • Add chopped onion, garlic, mushroom, peppers plus spices
  • Step 4:

  • Add to a slow cooker of casserole dish
  • Step 5:

  • Add tinned tomatoes and veg, beans
  • Step 6:

  • Either put in the oven at 150 for a few hours or put in slow cooker and leave most of the day., taste and season. Nice with a blob of creme fraiche on top.
  • Step 7:

  • Delicious with crusty bread or leave out the potatoes and serve with pasta.
