Take the skin off the chorizo and chop into smallish pieces
Step 2:
Put into a pan and fry gently
Step 3:
Add chopped onion, garlic, mushroom, peppers plus spices
Step 4:
Add to a slow cooker of casserole dish
Step 5:
Add tinned tomatoes and veg, beans
Step 6:
Either put in the oven at 150 for a few hours or put in slow cooker and leave most of the day., taste and season. Nice with a blob of creme fraiche on top.
Step 7:
Delicious with crusty bread or leave out the potatoes and serve with pasta.
