Step 1:

  • 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Meanwhile, fry the onion until soft, then add garlic and chorizo
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Cook for a couple of minutes before adding the vegetables, and fry until the vegetables are cooked
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Stir in a spoon of creme fraiche and a squirt of tomato puree. Heat through.

  • 5. Put the chorizo and sauce into the pasta. Eat!

  • Tips: If you’re struggling for time, whack the chorizo in the microwave for about a minute to cook it and release those tasty juices, then chop it into some cooked pasta/ a salad/ a sandwich.
