Step 1:
-in a bowl mix the veggies with the pickle masala or gravy of any pickle. Step 2:
-in a pan heat some oil. Step 3:
-add some mustard seeds,asafoetida and then add the veggies and stir it well. Step 4:
-cover it with a plate and add water over the plate and allow to cook for some time. Step 5:
-once cooked well add some salt and stir well. Step 6:
-if you wish to make it a gravy dish you can add some water to it and cook. Step 8:
note-you can use any veggies you want.If you do have leftover veggies in small quantity this is a good way to use them up.Also its a nice way to use up the leftover pickles.
