Step 1:

  • -in a bowl mix the veggies with the pickle masala or gravy of any pickle.
  • Step 2:

  • -in a pan heat some oil.
  • Step 3:

  • -add some mustard seeds,asafoetida and then add the veggies and stir it well.
  • Step 4:

  • -cover it with a plate and add water over the plate and allow to cook for some time.
  • Step 5:

  • -once cooked well add some salt and stir well.
  • Step 6:

  • -if you wish to make it a gravy dish you can add some water to it and cook.

  • note-you can use any veggies you want.If you do have leftover veggies in small quantity this is a good way to use them up.Also its a nice way to use up the leftover pickles.
