  • 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter (better chunky)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa/chocolate powder
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (if you want)

Instructions

  1. Shove everything in a blender and blend 🙂
