Step 1:
chop up 4 pork chops into cubes Step 2:
chop up 2 apples into small cubes Step 3:
smear 2 tsps of mustard over the pieces of pork Step 4:
melt a tsp of butter into a frying pan Step 5:
fry up the pork and apples in the butter untill the apples have gone soft. Step 6:
add the 2 chopped garlic cloves Step 7:
add the cream ( 100ml ish, can be changed for more/less sauce) Step 8:
add the cider ( as the cream) Step 9:
add salt and pepper to taste Step 10:
cook on a low heat untill the sauce begins to thicken and the pork is cooked. Step 12:
Serve over creamy cheesy mash or with roast potatoes
