Step 1:

  • chop up 4 pork chops into cubes
  • Step 2:

  • chop up 2 apples into small cubes
  • Step 3:

  • smear 2 tsps of mustard over the pieces of pork
  • Step 4:

  • melt a tsp of butter into a frying pan
  • Step 5:

  • fry up the pork and apples in the butter untill the apples have gone soft.
  • Step 6:

  • add the 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • Step 7:

  • add the cream ( 100ml ish, can be changed for more/less sauce)
  • Step 8:

  • add the cider ( as the cream)
  • Step 9:

  • add salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 10:

  • cook on a low heat untill the sauce begins to thicken and the pork is cooked.
  • Step 11:

  • Serve over creamy cheesy mash or with roast potatoes
