Coconut milk pudding

Ingredients

• Milk powder – 1 cup
• Coconut milk – 2 cups
• Plain flavored gelatin – 3 tsp
• hot water
• cashewnut
• coconut powder
• sugar – 1/2 cup

Instructions

STEP 1:

add little hot water to gelatin and let it cool down..

STEP 2:

add milk powder, coconut milk, gelatin, condensed milk and blend well…

STEP 3:

pour in a glass dish and refrigerate…
