Ingredients
- 1/2cup designated coconut
- 1 egg
- pure maple syrup for topping
- optional extras
- cinnamon
- chia seeds
- strawberries
- banana
Instructions
1. Whisk egg in a bowl and mix in coconut till combined
2. Heat frying pan on medium heat then pour mixture into the middle. Flip after 4 min or when surface is smooth cook till other side is smooth
