Ingredients

  • 1/2cup designated coconut
  • 1 egg
  • pure maple syrup for topping
  • optional extras
  • cinnamon
  • chia seeds
  • strawberries
  • banana

Instructions

  1. 1. Whisk egg in a bowl and mix in coconut till combined

  2. 2. Heat frying pan on medium heat then pour mixture into the middle. Flip after 4 min or when surface is smooth cook till other side is smooth
