Ingredients

  • Makes 12:
  • 4 onz self-raising flour.
  • 4 onz caster sugar
  • 4 onz butter (stork)
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 3 tsp coffee granuals
  • 75 ml hot but not boiling water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: in a mixing bowl whisk the flour, egg, butterand sugar together till it has a creamy smooth texture.

  2. step 2: add the disolved coffee and mex well.

  3. step 3: divede the mixture evanly into the 12 cupcake cases. Cok in an oven for 10-15 minutes and 180’c gas mark 4.

  4. step 4: leave to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy.
