Ingredients
- Makes 12:
- 4 onz self-raising flour.
- 4 onz caster sugar
- 4 onz butter (stork)
- 2 free range eggs
- 3 tsp coffee granuals
- 75 ml hot but not boiling water
Instructions
Step 1: in a mixing bowl whisk the flour, egg, butterand sugar together till it has a creamy smooth texture.
step 2: add the disolved coffee and mex well.
step 3: divede the mixture evanly into the 12 cupcake cases. Cok in an oven for 10-15 minutes and 180’c gas mark 4.
step 4: leave to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy.
