started makin lamb ragu, ended up with chilli
cut the meat off the lamb, fry it off with the onion and mince, add the red pepper and passata, then add the tin of baked beans…
add the chilli powder (amount depending on how hot you want it) and a bit of pepper – let it simmer for like 20-30 mins and serve with rice or jacket spud!
