  • take with you also a small tin of savoury tuna, the savoury tomato tuna’s don’t need draining

  • mix tuna in with pasta when you’re ready to eat your lunch

  • you could use chickpeas instead of pasta if you like

  • you can add anything to the pasta or chickpeas to make it more of a salad if you like, some suggestions:
