very yummy

Ingredients

• 1 quater of a white cabbage
• 1 carrot
• 1 medium apple
• 2x15ml spoons of low fat mayonais

Instructions

STEP 1:

1)shred the cabbage into thin strips

STEP 2:

2)top and tail the carrot thaen peel and grate

STEP 3:

3)peel and grate the apple

STEP 4:

4)place the cabbage gratted carrot and apple and mix together in a mixing bowl and add the mayonais

STEP 5:

5)mix it all together
