Ingredients
- rice
- 3 veggies of your choice (e.g. tomato,mushroom,spring onion)
- corned beef
- cheese
- eggs
- baked beans in tomato sauce
- cottage cheese
- butter
- salt,pepper
Instructions
1.Cook the rice
2.melt a little butter in a pan.
3.Slice the veggies, corned beef, cheese and fry them for 1 min
4.Add 2-3 eggs and fry for another min.
5.Pour in a tin of beans
6.Add 3 spoons of cottege cheese
7.sprinkle some salt and pepper
8.Stir for 2 mins
9.Pour the entire thing over the rice
