  • FRUIT MIXTURE:
  • 3 COOKING APPLES
  • 1TBSP SUGAR
  • CRUMBLE TOPPING:
  • 125 GR. FLOR (ANY)
  • 60 GR. SUGAR
  • 60GR. BUTTER
  • PINCH OF CINNAMON OR NUTMEG

Method

PEEL AND SLICE APPLES COOK IN SAUCEPAN WITH SUGAR FOR 2 MINUTES , PUT INTO DEEP BOWL

SIFT FLOUR INTO BOWL AND RUB CUT BUTTER UNTIL MIXTUR RESEMBLES CRUMBS, MIX IN SUGAR AND SPICE THEN SPRINKLE TOPPING OVER FRUIT MIXTURE

BAKE IN PR-HEATED OVEN AT 180 CELCIUS FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL GLODEN BROWN
