Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Impressive recipe to show off to your friends!



  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Cream cheese
  • 4 slices of parma ham
  • Fresh Basil
  • Pepper


Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Cut a pocket inside the middle of the chicken, careful not to cut through to the other side.

Fill with a tablespoon of cream cheese.

Place a basil leaf on top of cream cheese in each chicken breast.

Lay 2 slices of parma ham out together, and carefully place a chicken breast in the middle of each bit of ham.

Wrap the chicken with the parma ham (you can secure with a toothpick if necessary)

Place chicken onto the middle of a lightly oiled baking tray, and season with pepper (salt not needed as the parma ham is salty)

Bake in the middle of the hot oven for about 18 minutes. Remove toothpicks if used.

Serve and enjoy!
