Mix first 5 ingredients together to form a dough. Press into greased 12 x 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese while adding sugar gradually. Add Cool Whip. Mix until blended. Spread this onto your baked crust. Top with fruit slices (bananas, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, oranges, etc.). Create decorative patterns.
