STEP 1:

Pre-heat overn to 200c

STEP 2:

bacon
mushroom
onion

Grate heese and finely dice the onion (prepare optional ingredients at this stage too: dice bacon, slice pepper or mushroom)

STEP 3:

Roll out pastry and line dish

STEP 4:

milk

Break the egg into a measuring jug, add milk (and salt and pepper if you wish) mix with fork

STEP 5:

onion

Place the cheese, onion and any of the optional ingredients into the pastry case and pour over the egg mixture

STEP 6:

Cook for 20-25mins
