bearing in mind its a student recipe, so the shrimp, chicken, bouillon, garlic etc are prob not always available! As much as the real spanish one sounds tastier, the first one is cheaper to make.

This is not the same recipe as the one in Spain. It is far too dry and bland. You need to have a look at the real one that is usually served in avacados and it has chilli sauce in it as well.

    Just look here.
2 Tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
    1 cup long grain rice
    1 cube of chicken bouillon
small amount of mixed vegetables (optional)
    3 Tablespoons onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can of tomato sauce
    2 1/2 cups water
    Salt and pepper to taste
3 whole boneless chicken breasts chopped into pieces
    3 pounds of large shrimp(optional)
Oh and I just found out where you stole it from.
