cut pepper in half take out middle but leave stump at the top layer the hole pepper in cheese then place in mushrooms and any veg you would like then put more cheese on top of the mushrooms and veg and also layer top half of pepper with cheese then put the top back on and cook for 10-20 mins on 150oc
