First you make the minute rice in accordance with however many you intend to serve. While the rice is cooking, which only takes about 5-6 minutes, ground up some ground beef. Once grounded, mix in the tomato sauce. When rice is complete, mix in with ground beef and tomato sauce as well. Hollow out the green peppers, fill them with the rice, tomato sauce and ground beef, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, throw them in the oven on low heat for about 8 minutes, and viola!
